We must stabilize our revenue and strengthen our economy to ensure basic services, and protect Boulder’s unique character. As Councilwoman, my first responsibility would be to public safety, such as fire and police protection and essential infrastructures. I would look to spread any tax burden equitably, and get the most value from each dollar entrusted to us. I would work toward a strong economic base, with housing and retail options for a broad range of income levels and ages. I support initiatives to improve our business climate, such as the incentive program and city liaison.

With adequate funds, we can protect Boulder’s natural resources and quality of life.
